Due to the made-to-order and small-batch nature of our products, we do not offer refunds.

If you would like to exchange a non-personalized item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
