Personalized products ship directly from our printing partner in Alabama.

Ready-to-ship products ship from our studio in Charleston, South Carolina.

If your order contains both personalized and ready-to-ship items, they may arrive in separate shipments.

Orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx, depending on the size and destination of the package. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.
